Support Groups

Are you or someone you care about struggling with a chronic illness? Are you dealing with the loss of a loved one? Sometimes, you need to lean on others for strength. CenterLight Health System offers different support groups designed to educate individuals about a particular illness or condition and provide a connection with others going through the same situations.

Support groups allow people to share information and openly discuss the issues they are facing with those who understand what they are going through. This helps individuals process their feelings and deal with problems more effectively. Above all, support groups help by letting you know you are not alone.
