Hospice Care at Home

For individuals who prefer to receive hospice care at home, CenterLight Health System provides in-home supportive personal care, including home health aides, personal care aides and nursing services. Our trusted staff are all fully screened, bonded and insured, and our aides are specially trained in hospice care.
