A Message from Our CEO
Dear Friends of CenterLight:
Along with our board and our leadership team, I am pleased to invite you the second annual Impossible Dreamers Achievement Awards. The event will take place on Thursday, November 1, 2018, from 6pm - 9pm at City Winery in New York City.
At this year’s celebration, we’ll be honoring three outstanding individuals who – each in their own unique way – have made a deep, lasting and positive impact on the CenterLight community. We’ll be revealing who they are shortly, but they include a board member, a PACE community physician and one of our PACE plan participants.
In keeping with our mission of helping our participants to live safely at home and in their communities, the proceeds of this fundraiser will support educational and enriching programs that help to improve our participants’ quality of life. Proceeds from last year’s gala support enhanced culinary offerings, nutrition education, the deployment of interactive technologies for our sites, and design improvements for our site community spaces.
We’d love to have you join us on November 1, for fine food, wine and entertainment, in support of a great cause. I, along with the CenterLight senior leadership team, look forward to seeing you there. You’ll be hearing from our team shortly with more details about our fundraiser.
